There are a number of reasons why you may not have received your validation e-mail. You may have given us the wrong e-mail address- in this case contact support for help. Our e-mail may have been mistaken for spam by your e-mail provider- check your spam folder. Our e-mail server may be running slowly- please be patient! If you still don’t receive your validation e-mail please contact our support department.

If you are getting an error message when logging in then please follow the instructions it gives you. If you need further help please contact support.

If you are not receiving any updates then this means that there is either an error with the feed you are subscribed too OR you have not specified feed information correctly. Please visit your feed manager and check you have set a frequency for updates, if this is correct then check the feed is validate by going to Feed Validator if it is valid then please contact support with the details (before contacting support please check the e-mail address on file is correct and our e-mails are not being sent to your providers spam folder).

If Feed Manager is not allowing you to add a feed then it will show a message with some advice, if the error is non-sense to you then please contact support with details.

As we support all valid feeds- we link to pod casts.

When you add a feed to your Feed Manager it is automatically sent to our staff for reviewing. If it meets the correct standards it will be added to the Global Directory.

The more people who add your feed the higher it appears in the Global Directory.

No. The feed with the highest votes will be featured.
